This video is aimed at volunteers in the Virginia Cooperative Extension Master Volunteer programs (Extension Master Gardeners, Energy Masters, Master Financial volunteers, Master Food volunteers, and Virginia Master Naturalists).  We are transitioning to new software called Better Impact for all our volunteer management needs, including communications and reporting of volunteer hours.  This video will help volunteers get started with using the basic functions of the system.
