Virginia Sports Hall of Fame broadcaster Bill Roth uses his decades of reporting experience as a professor of practice in the Department of Communication’s new concentration, sports media and analytics. The course inspired sophomore Evan Hughes, who is already being recognized for his play-by-play work.
