The Introduction to Mapmaking in ArcGIS Online is a beginner-friendly training that dives into the practical side of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). In this training you will learn how to create interactive maps with ease using ArcGIS Online. 

We demonstrate and walk you through the steps on how to create your own maps, add data layers, visualize information effectively, and share your creations (maps) with others within Virginia Tech or outside! 

This training is practical and caters to anyone, whether you are a student, faculty, researcher, or simply curious about mapping.
