This presentation gives a brief overview of per- and poly-fluoroalkyl compounds (e.g, PFAS, PFOA, PFOS) in drinking water and other environmental matrices and describes a collaborative project with Virginia Tech and United States Geological Survey to begin characterizing these compounds in private water supplies in Virginia.
