President Sands 'Grand Marshal' of Scottish Walk Parade in Alexandria

University President Tim Sands was grand marshal of the annual Alexandria Scottish Walk Parade through Old Town Alexandria. Sands was joined by graduate students who passed out candy to people along the parade route. Many enthusiastic Hokies greeted Sands as he went by.
