The Virginia Tech Roanoke Center is partnering with nonprofit Virginia Women Leading Government to cultivate a pipeline of women ready to step into municipal management roles. The Virginia Women Municipal Leadership Institute is designed to build leadership skills and give participants the confidence to pursue municipal leadership roles.
