This is a 2021 Leadership Month webinar for Virginia Master Naturalist program volunteers who are in leadership roles in their chapters and is also open to all other VMN volunteers and program partners.  Members of the VMN Diversity & Inclusion Working Group present our work towards increasing diversity and inclusion throughout the VMN program and the educational programs VMNs provide in their communities.
