This webinar is part of the Continuing Education series for Virginia Master Naturalist volunteers.
Description: VMNs in our 29 chapters are doing great work, and we want to keep track of it! Our annual report process is our method for finding out important statistics from each of our chapters, as well as for gathering stories and descriptions of impactful projects they have done. The annual report process also includes getting lists of volunteers who have earned recognition items so that we can mail out certificates and pins. The more complete your annual report is, the more we can use it to tell the story of how VMNs are helping with natural resource education and conservation in their communities. In this webinar, we will go over how to fill out the report template and certification spreadsheet, and exactly what we are expecting from each of these documents. This webinar is particularly designed for chapter membership chairs, presidents, advisors, and others who may be involved in the reporting process, but anyone is welcome to join.
Presenters: Tiffany Brown is the VMN Project Assistant, working out of her office in the Virginia Tech Department of Forest Resources and Environmental Conservation at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. Michelle Prysby is the VMN Program Director, working out of our Virginia Cooperative Extension office in Charlottesville.
Presented on 14 November 2017.
