At Virginia Tech's 15th Annual Advising Matters Conference, we asked: "What's one word that describes an advisor?" There are several as it turns out. The answers—hope, belonging, compassion, care—capture advisors' mission to support every student, and this video is a small tribute to the big impact they make in students' lives every day.
