Webinar Description: There are ethical implications when studying wild animals, as there are social implications and ethics in managing natural resources for future generations. Virginia Tech alumna and Research Associate in the Department of Fisheries and Wildlife at Michigan State Marjorie ‘Mauri’ Liberati will discuss the social and ecological ethics that guide research in conservation planning and wildlife research. Additionally, she will discuss how she addresses social-ecological connections when designing and conducting wildlife research to best inform natural resources decision-making.
