Students and recent alumni talk about their struggles and let new Hokies know that it's okay to ask for help. "Be honest with yourself. Know that it's okay to ask for help. It's not a sign of weakness, it's a sign of strength. People want you to ask for help–that's why you have all these resources on campus. Use them to your advantage."
Because of this time of physical distancing and remote communication, all interviews were self-recorded on the interviewee's own phone and uploaded for Virginia Tech Communications and Hokie Wellness staff to edit.
